What do I eat/drink???

Some have asked what am I eating or drinking now? So thought I'd post what I've had for a couple of days here.

December 12, 2009 ~ Saturday

6:30 AM ~ 4 oz protein shake (this will take me about 30 minutes to finish, just one sip at a time)

Noon ~ 4 oz creamy vanilla pudding (one TINY spoon full at a time)

3:00 PM ~ 1 cup chicken broth (this takes me about 45 minutes to finish)

5:00 PM ~ 1 cup beef broth

7:15 PM ~ 4 oz protein shake

8:00 PM ~ 2.5 oz baby bananas (stage 2)

So this was a total of 332 calories for the day!! Wow... that is usually what I had in one meal... or maybe even one bite?!?!? Yikes!

Today, December 13, 2009 ~ Sunday

8:00 AM ~ 1 cup beef broth

10:30 AM ~ 1 cup tomato soup (this took me almost an hour to finish - it was cold when I got done!)

3:30 PM ~ 4 oz creamy vanilla yogurt

5:30 PM ~ 4 oz beef broth

8:00 PM ~ orange sugar free jello

10:30 PM ~ 4 oz protein shake

This totaled to 450 calories for the day. In between meals, I am suppose to drink water! Just little sips at a time. I know I am not getting enough in yet, but working at it as much as I can!
So anyway... this gives you an idea of what I am eating, and how long it takes to get it in!
